Parameters:

• category - Category code [OPTIONAL, default 0] See Category codes
• depth - The depth of the map [OPTIONAL, default -1: Infinite, 0-n where n is the maximum possible depth]

• showdesc - Show category descritions in HTML version. [OPTIONAL, default false]
• header - URL of the header component in HTML. [OPTIONAL]
• footer - URL of the footer component in HTML. [OPTIONAL]
